File requirements: -Your files must be High Resolution Jpeg Format -Submitted files must be numbered in the order to appear in the album (no exceptions) -All files must be color corrected and free of technical problems -You must own copyright or premission to reproduce the images -When sending files on a CD please unlock your files -Any color profile is OK Policies: -No refunds on any design orders or custom albums -No changes of design style are accepted once the first proof is provided -If you need changes to your layouts, complete and specific changes must be provided -Two sets of changes are provided with each design -If you submit Images containing offensive, illegal or any other questionable content will be destroyed and the corresponding order will be cancelled. -We reserve the right to reject orders or refuse service at our own discretion If you have any questions please call our customer service desk: 1-888-676-2877 |
