Q: How do I order? how do I know how many images to submit for design?
A: Our design, print and bind packages are based on page capacity... therefore there's a limit on how many images you can submit for each album design order. First, determine how many images you have, then choose the page capacity for the album to order, see below:
50-75 images for 10 page (20 sides) albums
75-100 images for 15 page (30 sides) albums
100-125 images for 20 page (40 sides) albums
150-200 images for 30 page (60 sides) albums
If you want an album with more collages, send the limit outlined above... on the other hand, if what you are looking for is a more relaxed design with bigger photos, then send less images per book.

Q: What's included? Will the designer crop and make some panoramic pages?
A: Our designers are trained to creatively crop photos, enlarge some images to be panoramic from page to page, and generally speaking, we do what's best to deliver a design that complements the photos. No templates are used, so each album is different. Also, depending on the design style you choose, the designer will make some black and whites, sepia, etc. We welcome your instructions, the more instructions with each order, the more accurate we can be on the first draft.

In addition, two sets of changes are included, this way, your client and you will have the opportunity to fine tune the design by submitting changes. After each set of changes a new proof is posted online for your review.

Q: How do I show my client the design proof?
A: Once the design is ready to review, a notification email is sent with a username and password to access the proofing area. Your or your client will be able to login using a non-branded proofing portal, where no prices or album brand are ahown... see www.proofmyalbum.com. Also, we offer branded portals that can seamlessly integrate to your existing website. If you have a website from MPO Photography Webmasters, your clients can use the website's client login page to access their proof.

Q: How do I show my client the different design styles?
A: A non-branded website has been designed with all the design styles and album choices. You can make a link from your website so your clients can preview all design styles and choose cover color, and cover design. See www.albumdesignonline.com

Q: How long does it take to see the first proof? What's the production time?
A: The first proof will be ready 7-10 days after the files are received. Upon design approval, your book will be printed and bound in 3-4 weeks. Rush service 2 week turnaround is available for $50 per book (flush mount albums only, production time, does not include design time)

Q: Do I need to size my files? what are the file requirements?
A: You do not need to size your files, we only require you to number the files more or less in the order to appear in the book. This will help the designer position family photos in the correct order. Jpeg format only please... high resolution files for all design orders.

Q: How much are extra books?
A: Extra books can be purchased at print and bind price. See print and bind prices:

A: No login or account is required... only Elite Members ($29.95) are required to login in order to obtain 20% off on extra books and free shipping on all orders. To get started, preview the design styles and choose your favorite... then click "Place Order" tab and select flush mount album or coffee table book, then order the design. order online the size and design style you want. After checkout, an email will be automatically sent with a link to upload your files online, or an option to send your CD via mail.
